"As both a certified personal trainer, and fifth-grade English teacher, Lauren brings a unique skillset to her personal training. She is patient when helping new kickboxers learn the proper roundhouse technique or how to throw a strong right hook, and offers plenty of motivation to push yourself harder during the workout. Lauren understands that a strong grasp of the movement's foundation is crucial to an injury-free workout. She individualizes her training to meet your needs and provides tough workouts with plenty of variety. You will never be bored or asked to complete a superset that includes 1,000 variations of the lunge. In fact, you'll often find yourself out of breath during the workout; both from the intensity, and from simultaneously laughing while cursing her out for all the burpees. When Lauren commits to a job she is all in, and her personal training business is no exception. I'd complete a Lauren workout any day."
